Carol met with me to discuss free online tech tools available and that one small hour opened up a whole new tech world for our nonprofit. Because of that hour, we were able to set up a website for an upcoming conference with online registration – which saved us from contracting with a company to provide this service and saved us hundreds of dollars. We consistently now use online documents for shared information, which has saved staff time and lessened the confusion that inevitably happens during events.
